foraging, feasting, moving retreat

join radikal hospitality and lucky juice movement for a weekend of food and yoga. we will cook, forage, and eat together, and we will stretch, swim and move together. the aim of the weekend is building new connections between the internal and external worlds.

this weekend we will explore how we relate to nature and to the self. and ultimately to see that how we view the world around us shapes our reality, our future, and our possibilities.

during our weekend retreat we will take in the varied beauty of the island of bornholm in our own A-frame cocoon.  forage wild fruits with us from the island and eat of our labors as a community throughout the day.

example schedule:

arrive to a dinner of ingredients sourced from throughout the island of bornholm from forest, field, and seaside. walk down to the beachfront and enjoy a moonlit dip before heading to your cozy bed.

start the day with plein-air yoga and meditation overlooking the heather dunes of bornholm.

after a brunch of veggines from the island, local eggs, and foraged fruits, we will head out for our first foraging walk through beachy south side of the island. here we will look for wild apples, and other plants common to the unique natural landscape of bornholm.

we will head back home for yoga and some freetime.  

we will spend the evenign cooking together a communal meal of the ingredients found throughout the day.

end the night with a cold dip in the baltic sea followed by a fire in the firepit.

we’ll stay in a 1970s a-frame 10 minutes walk from dueodde beach

we aim to make this retreat accessible. if the retreat is beyond your means, please reach out to us. 

what’s not included: transportation to and on the island. participants will be connected to rent/share vehicles together. est cost 250dkk a person renting a car from Rønne.
